1. Prices

The prices listed on this website for Holiday Rentals are per week, unless otherwise specified. Prices may not reflect exact prices and they are subject to change without previous notice.

2. Reservations and 30% deposit

Once we have received your booking request and we have confirmed the availability of the accommodation for the chosen dates, we will ask for your your personal data and a 30% confirmation deposit of total booking value. Consider your reservation validated once you have received our confirmation of the 30% deposit.

3. Payment methods

Payment of 30% confirmation deposit must be done by bank transfer. The transfer taxes are assumed by the customer.

The rest of the rental payment, the tourist tax and the security deposit for any breakages or damage should be paid the arrival day and before keys delivery. The rest of the rental an d the tourist tax payments can be done by credit card or cash, but THE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT MUST BE DONE ONLY IN CASH. We also accept the full payment in advance and by bank transfer.

4. Tourist Tax

In the rental price is not included the tourist tax managed by the Catalan government. This is €0.90 per person & day with a maximum of 7 days. 16 years old people or less are excluded.

5. Deposit for Breakages / Damages

As mentioned in point number 3, before the keys will be given you will be asked to pay in cash (VISA and CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) the security deposit for possible damages and breakages to the property, as well as possible inventory losses. This amount will depend on each property according to the following scale:

Apartments and villas without pool: €200

Villas with community pool: €250

Villas with private pool: €350

In the accommodations where pets will be accepted there will be an extra €50 charge.

6. Contract

The customer agrees to the following:

– Ensure the care of the property and leave it tidy and reasonably clean before departure.

– Immediately inform AGENCIA EL TURA for any damage or loss.

– Pay all costs for damage, loss or damage to property.

– Allow access to the property AGENCIA EL TURA or any of its agents for necessary maintenance.

– Respect the rules of the community.

– No sublease or lend / share ownership to third parties.

– Respect the non-smoking properties.

7. Check In & Check Out

– You will be given keys to the property when Community Zone Grup has received the full payment.

– The property will be available for occupancy from 16:00h the arrival SATURDAY.

Client must leave the property the departure SATURDAY before 10:00h am

8. Responsibilities

– Neither AGENCIA EL TURA nor the owner accept any responsibility for damage, loss or similar to the property or belongings of the client / tenant, including physical injury, etc. produced by third parties or to other persons during the rental period.

– Neither AGENCIA EL TURA nor the owner is responsible if the customer / tenant decides to leave before the end of your stay. No refunds will be made.

– Neither AGENCIA EL TURA nor the accommodation owner will be responsible for any inconvenience caused to the customer in the case there was construction works in the area.

9. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the returning of the confirmation deposit will be according to the following modalities:

Before April 1st: -5% penalty of the total rent.

Before May 15th: -10% penalty of the total rent.

Before June 15th: -30% penalty of the total rent.
